Roberto Guerrero is a solo practicing attorney. His practice focuses on civil litigation, government investigations, professional responsibility and complex criminal matters. Bilingual in English and Spanish with extensive experience working in various U.S. and Mexican institutions and a Master’s degree in justice administration with a focus on organizational strengthening and safety and security.

Mexican citizen with over 18 years living, working and studying in the U.S. including managing a mediation program consisting of over 40 U.S. volunteers. Knowledge of organizational structure and culture of American and Mexican government institutions as a former government employee and as a current professional advisor and trainer of government and non-profit agency employees. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, swimming, reading and hiking in the mountains.
