Just after finishing his major, Figueroa started his master’s degree in Industrial Engineering. During this period, he started teaching labs (thermodynamics and unit operations) at Universidad de las Américas – Puebla in the Chemical Engineering Department at bachelor's level. After concluding his master’s degree, he started teaching Math at ITESM, Puebla in the Mathematics and Physics Department, also at a bachelor's level. He decided to deepen his preparation and got a second master’s degree, this time in Chemical Engineering He became the coordinator of Statistics in ITESM, Puebla. He then started teaching Math and Physics at Prepa Ibero Puebla at high school level. 

 

Now, he is a faculty member of Arkansas State University Campus Querétaro as Lab Director and part of the Math Faculty teaching College Algebra, Plane Trigonometry, Applied Statistics and is involved in the HES program for students that enter the university during the summer. 

He enjoys music, dancing, movies, series. Also loves to travel and enjoys the company of friends and family.
