Prior to joining Arkansas State University Campus Queretaro, Professor Daily taught various Communications courses at several colleges in the United States - both in Michigan and Texas. While in the States, he presented papers and speeches at both regional and national conferences for higher education, earning a Teaching Excellence Award from the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) in Austin, Texas May 2016. That same year he was selected "Educator of the Y ear" by his college.

Befare teaching in higher ed, he worked over 1 O years in sales and marketing including three years in high end advertising sales at Cahners Publishing in Chicago, Illinois. At the time, it was the world's largest trade publishing company. He also did his last semester of college as an internship in Communications with both ·Walt Disney and General Motors at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

He is an active swimmer and exercise enthusiast who likes playing basketball and tennis. Sports, Arts, and cooking are three of his favorite past times. And he laves spending time with his rescued pets.
